I have high anxiety and hate car shopping but this was the best experience ever! Billy greeted us at the door and listened first to our thoughts. He showed us multiple cars, new and used. Then gave compar the best experience ever! Billy greeted us at the door and listened first to our thoughts. He showed us multiple cars, new and used. Then gave comparisons on the pricing for several until we picked. He dealt with the finance dept for us so I didn’t feel pressured. Finance was smooth and low key. I feel like the dealership let me be in charge. They also gave me more on my trade in than I expected. Overall experience is so important. I was happy with Billy’s ability to adapt to my personality for the sale. It was less talk and more action which helped me not to be overwhelmed. More
