April Fools I visited the Sanford dealership on March 31 and fortunate enough to meet Amanda Crostic cruising the lot. Amanda was kind enough to indulge my request of taking a picture of me with a new coupe as an April Fools day joke. (I had my G35 for 11 years)! Amanda was such a great sport and the joke was an epic hit as soon as it hit my Facebook page. Several weeks later, she contacted me stating the exact car I had looked at had been reduced and invited me in to actually drive it. (I was in LOVE with my current car and NO intentions of giving it up). Guess the "joke" was on me because I left with a NEW Q60 coupe! Amanda's service and approach were nothing short of outstanding. Everyone I tell about her follow-up weeks later say, "Now that's a hell of a salesperson"! I'm not sure how many people actually tear up when they sell their car but she was extremely supportive and patient. Amanda made the entire process fun and even let me know when "my car" found it's new owner. More
