The problem was first described as a warranty issue with a 7–10 day repair. Two weeks later, I was told it was rodent damage (non-warranty) and wouldn’t provide an estimated time it would be finished. Th a 7–10 day repair. One of those times, the service rep was unreachable for four business days and no one else could give me an update. I was told different things each time I called, including conflicting statements about whether or not I was on the courtesy list for a loaner car. My insurance adjuster had to follow up multiple times because the service center delayed sending estimates and photos. I requested an oil change while the truck was in their possession; they agreed but returned the truck without it, stating, “I’m not going to lie to you, I didn’t have it done.” When I asked if they could reassemble the truck so I could drive it while waiting for parts, I was told yes, but only if I paid extra for the reassembly. Parts were only ordered after insurance approval 4-5 weeks into the process, despite assurances they would look into ordering sooner. After 5 weeks in the shop, the truck was returned dirty and unfinished (oil change not done), with just one hour’s notice before closing time. Overall sentiment was essentially “our mistake, your problem,” with little effort to make things right. After obtaining three vehicles from this dealership in the past, I will not return for service or sales, which is a shame since the sales staff were nice. After this experience, I will not give them my business again. More

They took all my info, ran my credit and we reached a deal. Truck was said to “be in the back”. The service department tried to scam me with a pair of rotars that had to be ordered from Michigan and charge 1000.
