Ordered front license holder and all weather mats…..wanted to charge me to install (should have been installed before I picked up vehicle). Trade value was reduced every time I talked about price. I did business with Sango from prior dealings….will not be back. Could have gotten same deal (no discount) locally in Monroe with a higher trade-in. I was just frustrated and Sango had the vehicle I wanted. Very disappointed in “service” overall. Lori was fine to work with. More

I was very disappointed when we had agreed upon a price and then at final sale the price was increased $2000! I had already talked with saleswoman and GM. Then they talked to finance manager. Wow! It was ALL WRITTEN on paper just like it was 3 years ago. and y'all tried to do the same sleezy salesmanship then. I had really hope the new owner or manager had changed this kind of tactics. Yes, he did get the price back to correct place, but then increased my TTT by $500. Disrespectful, in my opinion. Not sure I'll go back to Sango. Lots of other places to buy vehicles. Hopefully, I can find one that is trustworthy in more 3 years. More
