Sansone Toyota is very fortunate to have Sales Consultant, Danny Zeledon! He possesses a calm, relaxed and easy going manner, the kind where a buyer doesn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Danny was also flexible and amenable in listening to what I was willing to pay versus something I didn't need. Although the dealership technically closes at 8PM, Danny Zeledon assisted me finalize the purchase and was there with me past 10PM on a Tuesday night. Never once did I feel "rushed." Kudos also to Internet Specialist, Sarah Karabinos, who contacted me the prior evening when I posted an online inquiry. Sarah then paired me off to Danny the following day and the rest is history. Most of the negotiating was done via phone texts as well through conversation. The Sansone Toyota dealership in Avenel, NJ had the model and trim and color and PIO accessories that I was interested in (like the Paint Protection film covering the car's hood) and other PIO options that I did NOT see installed in other Toyota dealerships. Overall, my first time car buying experience at this dealership was positively memorable and very pleasant...thanks to both of these individuals.
