Very disappointed with the service at Sansone Toyota. I dropped off my new vehicle to have an issue diagnosed/fixed, but the communication and customer service have been extremely poor. I called the d I dropped off my new vehicle to have an issue diagnosed/fixed, but the communication and customer service have been extremely poor. I called the dealership around 20 times in a single day trying to get an update, and I could not get a proper response. When a customer leaves a new vehicle with the service department, the least they should expect is clear and timely communication about the status of the vehicle. The lack of communication has been very frustrating and has completely affected my experience with the dealership. I expected much better service, especially for a new vehicle. I would give 0 stars for the service experience if Google allowed it. More
