We had leased a Toyota Highlander LTD in 2018 from Sansone to replace a a family 2001 Chevy Venture LT minivan which served us many years of safe, reliable service and family vacations to HHI, SC. We chose to stay withvSansone to continue negotiations once our lease was up due to excellent service during our3 year lease.. We felt honored in dealing with Sebastien Apollon and his manager Steve Troy when we set up an appmt to service our 2018 Highlander. These gentlemen were very courteous and professional in offering options for purchasing our 2018 Highlander or another 2021 car. We informed them of our wishes and quickly presented a 2021 Highlander Platinum model that was an exceptional choice for our needs now having 4 grandchildren with a 5th on the way. Having got numerous letters from Mr. Deleon their General Manger, that there was a serious buyer for wanting our model 2018 Highlander with low mileage, we were assured they were in a position at this time to offer us the best deal on purchasing a new 2021 Highlander now. We told them we had another month in our lease and are are in a position to take advantage of any of any financial incentives from end of the month deals for March or April. Being assured that we were eligible and would be offered the best deal on a 2021 Toyota as a repeat and loyal customer my wife and I purchased and are very happy with our new red 2021 Highlander Platinum. We love the panoramic retractable glass roof.
