The general manager, Nestalis Deleon, is not someone a customer wants to deal with or should I say the General Manger Nes does not want to deal with customers. Bought a car on Thursday 1/7/21, less than 2 customer wants to deal with or should I say the General Manger Nes does not want to deal with customers. Bought a car on Thursday 1/7/21, less than 24 hours later the car would not start. I called the Sansone Toyota dealership and was transferred to Nes. I explained that prior to buying the car, the car had to be jumped several times and that I understood the car had been sitting on the showroom floor for some time. Immediately Nes dictated "Oh its definitely the battery, you can come in or I'll reimburse you". At this point I am still waiting for a jump, after getting the car started I see a check engine light. I called back, asked for Nes and explained that now there is a check engine light on. Nes forcefully dictated again "Its the battery". At this point I did become very confused, upset and my tone may not have been the best but I responded "How can you tell that it is definitely the battery without anyone looking it." Nes deflected answering then responded nastily "Sir you can either come in and have the battery replaced or it get it from somewhere else". Naturally I became increasingly agitated with Nes's response, to what I think is a very valid question. Same question was asked to him again "How can you tell without even seeing it?" Again very rudely "Sir I told you your options", He then hangs up. It would have been nice for him to simply say "I hear you, bring it in and we'll check it out for you, we'll make it right". I arrived and my sales rep, Jackson, who I had a wonderful experience with buying and post buying so far. Zero problems with the sales rep. I got my rental car and drove past the car I traded in and realized that the tires on there, I very recently bought, are 100x much better than the tires on the "new" car. Perhaps it is my fault not do something about it earlier but I thought of the good in people and perhaps that they would understand where I was coming from. I asked the service rep could we swap tires, she kindly informed me I would have to take it up with the GM. I went back to speak with Nes and as I approached him, his body language, face and eyes translated "Oh gosh what else do you want?". I explained the tire situation, how the tires sold on the car are subpar compared to what is on old car. Nes's initial response was defensive and said along the lines of you don't know what your talking about and that the tires are in great condition. I asked once again about the tires this time, "How can you even say that without looking!?!?!" Nes's response is "Dude you're bringing that up again?! Lets not go there". Yes I am pissed off at this point and raised my voice. I finally got him to walk over to the car to check the tires out. Nes checked the tires and said condescendingly "Pfffft what are you talking about? these have so much life left, lets get you another battery and on your way." At this point I then reverted to the question how can you tell that its JUST the battery without a service technician looking at it. Nes yelled at me as if I was a child in front of the service write up folks, in front of other customers, "We are not going there!!!" I yelled back asking him the question again and he dismissed me as if I was a servant yelling "This conversation is done" and walked out. I wont lie afterwards I did not handle myself well, yelling that I want my car out of here right now, etc and yes I was cursing. I apologize to those I wrongly took it out on due to the General Manager's lack of customer service. It would have been nice if Nes handled the situation differently, he could have been calmer, more respectful, more empathetic to my concern of check engine light/battery not holding a charge. Most of all Nes could have been more reassuring to a recent buyer who just spent $xx,xxx. "We will take a look at the check engine light, make sure the new battery holds a charge and its not the alternator." Instead the General Manager of Sansone Toyota Nestalis Deleon belittled, yelled & embarrassed me in front of other employees/customers. More

I bought a car here and had a wonderful experience! Zahid and Stevenson in particular were extremely excellent and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. We were so satisfied with our experience tha and Stevenson in particular were extremely excellent and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us. We were so satisfied with our experience that we came back to the same people a year later when we had to get another car. And they were just as if not more helpful the second time! Wow. This experience was absolutely horrible. I called in advance and told Mohammad the sales person my budget, and he said don’t worry I’ll take care of you. I told him my budget again when I was there and he kept talking and would leave for 10 minutes at a time (the strategy of making you wait and tiring you out.) And before he left, he took his Vaping box out of his drawer and put it in his jacket. “Checking deals”? more like vaping at work. He also sent out a mechanic to look at the car we were looking at to make it seem like other people were interested which was so suspicious but we stayed. it took him over an hour and a half to give us numbers on the car, and he made us do the credit application which typically they don’t ask for before they give you estimated numbers again he just wanted to keep us there, he wasted so much of our time and then gave me a number that was $100 over my budget every single month which made no sense. Then he brought someone over (Zahid) from finance to talk to me like I was five years old and tell me that the deal that I was getting at another Mazda dealership wasn’t real and kept trying to write down numbers and tell me that our budget doesn’t make sense, which was so disrespectful and rude. $5000 is a lot of money to put down on a car, especially a Toyota where people usually put 2-3k down. It’s not a luxury car it’s just a reliable car. anyway so Zahid kept telling me to show him what Mazda was offering me and that it wasn’t real and that they will walk me over to the Mazda of Sansone to prove it to me. When I actually went to Mazda of Sansone two days before and the sales person there was wonderful and told me to go to the other Mazda dealership because it was cheaper. These men were tricky and disrespectful sales people And I would never recommend this dealership to anyone else especially not those people. I walked out and when my fiancé went back in to make sure that my mom was coming out, and Zahid from finance literally wagged my fiancé off and told him to go. I am shocked at how disgusting they treat their customers. I will gladly be taking my $24,000 elsewhere. More

Couldn't be happier!! Our Car salesman "Danny Zeledon" was patient and considerate of our budget all while trying to get us into the car we really wanted. With a few minor compromises on some features was patient and considerate of our budget all while trying to get us into the car we really wanted. With a few minor compromises on some features we thought we couldn't live without, Danny was able to get us into a 2021 Toyota Highlander at a payment we could afford and still be super satisfied despite the compromises. Danny and his team were great to deal with, easy to talk to and no pushiness. Will definitely return for our next vehicle!! More
