Had great time with Steven Gutierrez at Sansone Toyota. He made my car buying experience. Was looking for a new rav 4 and bought my new hybrid. -----Update-------- BEWARE of STEVEN GUTIERREZ!!!! He He made my car buying experience. Was looking for a new rav 4 and bought my new hybrid. -----Update-------- BEWARE of STEVEN GUTIERREZ!!!! He is certainly sneaky. Going into the dealership with the mindset of financing my car Steve talked me into (his job) getting a new lease since there would be more incentives. I did not want to lease a new car because I was over the mileage, so financing was a better option for me at the time. Steve kept telling me over and over that because I was a " loyalty customer" that the miles would be waived. I should've known better and made sure I had what he was "saying" over and over in WRITING. PLEASE GET EVERYTHING in writing if they can not produce their promises in writing walk away immediately. He also said, I never gave him back the key to my previous car ( but that is okay because I have text messages confirming I gave the key back). Anyway I've ended up with a bill that I tried to prevent, and of course Steven Gutierrez now has amnesia. "Let me ask my underhanded manger what's in the paperwork" he says. Of course the manager Jesus did not include it in the paperwork. You never told him to Steven! Steve said what he had to to me to make a deal. Unfortunately I have to post with 1 star. STEVEN GUTIERREZ AND SANSONE get zero stars from me. They also badger you to post a five star review here on dealerrater. Which I will be updating pronto. ANY LOYALTY TALK GET IN WRITING, otherwise they write up what they want in your contract. More
