There is this guy named Charlie who has no sense of talking and so rude and arrogant that he shouldn't even be working there. Even an uneducated person knows how to talk to a customer but this guy is WORST. Stay away from him. These people took our Nissan SV that we had to return at the end of the lease and then did a damage to the car and now Nissan is asking us to pay $800. When my husband went to the dealership to resolve this calmly, they clearly ignored him and threw him out. What a ridiculous way of treating customers. Just FYI we bought Toyota RAV4 from them. I REGRET IT so much. Where there is no value for customer,one shouldn't even enter wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
