Really bad experience. I had an oil change appointment for 1:30 PM. I got my car at 4:30 PM without an service done. No oil change, nothing. The first person who was assign I had an oil change appointment for 1:30 PM. I got my car at 4:30 PM without an service done. No oil change, nothing. The first person who was assigned to help me simply disappeared. I had to chase the people in service to find my car and to get back my car keys. Worst experience not just for a Toyota dealership but of any car repair shop. As if it is some illegal outfit where service people have no clue about cars. Absolutely surreal. More

I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry XLE to the dealership for a problem that I had trying to get the car started. I had to jump start the car to get it going. I spoke with Donna Barch and she took me in right aw a problem that I had trying to get the car started. I had to jump start the car to get it going.
