WOrst service center On 4/26/16 my car was repaired due to engine oil consumption. The repair includes disassembling the engine properly and installing new pistons. the AC On 4/26/16 my car was repaired due to engine oil consumption. The repair includes disassembling the engine properly and installing new pistons. the AC system stopped working completely. i brought up this matter to my service advisor. She insisted that the problem is not related to the repair. According to Toyota repair procedure the ac components must be removed in order to access the engine and disassemble it. But the dealer stated that the compressor is not working and want $950 to replace the compressor. Don`t get your car repaired their otherwise it will be broken More

They charge 150 % of Prices from DCH Toyota They showed me certain items to be worked on. I said go ahead on the good faith. They tried confusing me but I know 100 % they charged me lot more than What DCH is charging. More

After making it clear multiple times that we did not want to purchase the GAP insurance, the finance rep Steven Sears tries to strong-arm my parents into purchasing it by bringing up how supposedly members of their church have done the same. What in the world does that have to do with anything? When I ask for a sandwich at a deli, I expect to get what I ordered, not to be lectured about what patrons before me have ordered. It is absolutely ridiculous to bring religion into the purchase of a car. I mentioned this to him and he was EXTREMELY nasty about it, saying that "This is not the gameroom, it's business. if you got a problem then speak to my manager" before shouting across the hall "Hey Ricky this guy wants to talk to you" Now I may be young but I am no child and I am certainly not an imbecile. The condescending attitude of this man is so insulting and disrespectful that it soured the whole experience for me. No business I have ever heard of actually goes out of their way to slander their customers except for this one. This charlatan purposely puts on this fake "nice guy" act but the second you go against his "advice" he treats you like you're an idiot for not listening to him. He is probably getting commission for pushing their gap insurance and couldn't care less about your autonomy as a consumer. If you want to be conned by sleazy salespeople and be treated like a moron, then by all means go to Sansone Toyota. If you have even the slightest shred of respect for yourself then go somewhere else. More
