Jose works hard to bring the lowest prices to his clients. Even with all of his efforts, the cost of a Toyota Highlander (no lease deals) was still out of our price range. Great Experience, Ask for Benito "Benny" Jimenez, A+ Service Back a few months ago we had a pleasure to visit Sansones Toyota. Upon arrival we were met by Benito Jimenez – very friendly upbeat guy. We have done Back a few months ago we had a pleasure to visit Sansones Toyota. Upon arrival we were met by Benito Jimenez – very friendly upbeat guy. We have done some research on what specific vehicle we wanted to see and test drive. Took a couple of test drives – Benito was very helpful in explaining all the features of the vehicle and highlighted them as we drove around the neighborhood, testing the vehicle. After 20 to 30 minutes of driving around we were satisfied that this is the vehicle that we were looking for. Rav 4, fully loaded, under 10k miles – like new, without the new sticker price. We negotiated the deal pretty quickly, which we thought was very reasonable and represented the fair value of the vehicle. When we wrote the check, our bank flagged it as “further review” and blocked the transaction. Benito and the team worked tirelessly for a few hours in order to find a way for us to secure proper financing and make the transaction happens. Unfortunately our car came with a single “smart” key, as the previous owner neglected to return the second spare key to the dealership upon returning the vehicle. Benito tracked down the previous owner and was able to obtain the key for us for this vehicle after days of hard work – that is what I call customer service, a person that cares about the customer’s needs and will go to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied to the fullest extent. Once the deal was complete, Benito followed up in the next couple of days, then again a few weeks later and then again a few months later. Every time, he wanted to know if we are still happy with the vehicle and if there are any issues or concerns. Thankfully, the vehicle is as good as the day we drove it off the lot and I am sure if there was an issue, Benito would take care of it immediately. We are extremely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction from walking into the door, to driving off the lot in our new car and couldn’t have had a better experience. If you need a stand up, honest individual, who will work tirelessly for you to make sure you are satisfied with the transaction, ask for Benito “Benny” Jimenez, when you visit their showroom.
