Exactly what I wanted I went to Sansone, even though I was advised not to. People I knew had bad service in the past. Well I went, and was looking around and was greeted about 5 minutes later by Jose. He said he was seeing a customer off, but would be with me in just a minute. He was helpful through the whole process, got me the exact car that I wanted at the price I wanted. I got a brand new 2015 Rav 4 with less than 60 miles. If you are going to buy a car, I suggest buying from Jose. He works with you on the price that you are looking for, and does anything he can to make it happen. He treats you like you're friends and not someone he is looking to get money from. Go see him. You won't regret it. More

Great salesman! We could have purchased our new car anywhere. We shopped on the Internet and had virtually the same price from at least 3 dealers in our area. I shoul We could have purchased our new car anywhere. We shopped on the Internet and had virtually the same price from at least 3 dealers in our area. I should mention, prior to looking on the Internet, we stopped at Sansone to examine the new Toyota Highlander and see if they had what we were looking for. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Eli, our salesman. We explained we were not buying a car that day but could be in the near future. Understanding this, Eli spent more than an hour with us test driving a few cars and explaining our options, NEVER making us feel pressured to buy immediately. We left the dealership knowing what we wanted and understanding our options, thanks to the extraordinary help of Eli. I indicated at the time if we did buy a car it would be from him. Within weeks we returned and ordered the car from Eli. Not because of price, dealership, location, etc., only because of Eli and his personality and demeanor. He provided a wonderful sales experience and we are very happy with our new car thanks to him!!! More
