Charlie, the sales manager walked through my finance options and gave me all the information I needed. When I was ready to purchase a car a month later, I literally walked in to the showroom floor, locked eyes with Danny and said let’s buy a car. From there it was as an efficient (as efficient as car buying can be) process to value my trade in and finish the paperwork with Carlos. I chose my RAV4 Hybrid because it fits my needs but of all the dealerships that I visited I came back to Sansone Toyota in particular because of the way Danny and Charlie treated me the first time I walked through the door, knowing they weren’t getting the sale that day.
