Ryan, was very easy to work with. He understood what I looking for in the Corolla Cross. He was patient took his time, and answered all my questions. This was my first time leasing a car. Ryan made it an easy experience. However, I found the electronic documentation process with the financial manager (which is outside of Ryan’s control) rushed and confusing.
