Do not get your vehicle serviced here - they have shady business practices, go to Audi Pacific. I dropped my car off Monday (1/6) and when I picked it up, I confirmed twice with the cashier that my balance business practices, go to Audi Pacific. I dropped my car off Monday (1/6) and when I picked it up, I confirmed twice with the cashier that my balance was $0. I signed the paperwork, took my car, and left. The entire time my vehicle was with them for service, my service advisor Marvin could not be bothered to share updates on my vehicle or review the multipoint inspection form with me when I came to pick up my car. Even when I came to check in my car for my 8:15 appt I was not seen until 8:45am and I saw that Marvin was more than happy to go check in other customers who arrived after me, but was very short with me and did not do an inspection of the vehicle that I saw other service advisors do with their clients. The next morning, I received a call from Marvin saying there was a “mistake” and that I now owed $450. Under California consumer protection and Bureau of Automotive Repair rules, customers are not supposed to be charged amounts they did not authorize after the vehicle has already been released. This feels highly unprofessional and left me with no confidence in their billing practices. After two voicemails to the service manager, we finally were able to connect and settle the matter, but the inability of their staff to perform their jobs should not be a customer issue. More

Here is the timeline of what has happened since: • Visit #1: Signal light issue immediately after purchase — car goes back to the dealership • Visit #2: We pick it up and discover fresh paint scratches that were not there before • Visit #3: Car goes back in again to replace the bumper with the paint scratches — when we return, the dashboard trim is scratched and needs to be replaced • Visit #4: We return to pick it up after the dashboard replacement — and now the driver seat leather is wrinkled and damaged None of these issues existed prior to placing the car in the dealership’s hands. Every single time the car has been returned to us, it has come back with new damage. During this entire process, the car spent nearly four weeks total at the dealership. We were also given multiple loaners that were dirty, had crumbs, sand, and personal belongings left inside. The most disappointing part was the response from the sales manager, Marie Goodrow. When we raised these issues, she told us it was not her responsibility, that she “does not actually work for Audi,” and that they had already been “more than accommodating.” This was said after the fourth time our car came back with additional damage. There has been no accountability, no urgency, and no real support. Instead of solutions, we were met with defensiveness and blame — even as new damage kept appearing each time the car was returned to us. The most frustrating part isn’t even the car at this point — it’s the complete lack of ownership from the person who was supposed to help resolve the situation. We regret choosing this dealership. If you are considering purchasing or servicing your vehicle here, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. More

Julia who worked with me in the financial department completely ignored my emails and calls. The customer service here does not care about post-purchase. Go to Beverly hills Audi. You don't want to deal with this shady dealership!!! More

I elected to lease from Audi SM because of a personal referral and was assured the setup would occur in a few days. It has been 40 days and counting with no resolution and I am going without the Audi Connect services. It appears Audi cannot figure out how to turn on the subscription included with the car and noted on the sticker. The dealership offered no compensation, and no other solution other than to pursue the lemon law. I was referred to Audi of America and have been spending hours trying to get a fix with no update. Now I am left fighting for a buy back. This is my first Audi experience and will be my last. More

I dropped off my very expensive RS6 for routine service, only to have it return to me absolutely covered in bird droppings. When asking if they could please clean it, Chris Navarro got very combatted and refused to rectify the issue and flat out told me that the cars were parked outdoors and that the were close to the ocean, so bird droppings should be expected. I would recommend any Audi owner to go elsewhere for Service and Purchases. I for one will never go back More
