The person who greeted me when I pulled my car up was nice. He told the guy behind me that I was first but the guy in the back still cut the line and went to the service agent. Since it was just an oil change I had to pay $15 for a ride home and back. No other dealerships that I’ve been to does that. The one in Alhambra will even give me a free rental to use. More

The vehicle is never ready when they call me for collection, and I always spend at least 30 minutes standing in the street waiting for th experience.
