Worst experience from start to finish. Only bright spot was Vroom. I walked in with my own financing. Worked out a price. Overnighted them a check for 45k. And they proceed to tell me i cant take possesion of Truck for 7-10 days. Till the Cashiers check from a Federal Credit Union clears. Not happy but i wait. 7 days later they deliver truck to my home and when it arrives its over heating. Have to have it towed back to their Service Dept. next morning. They keep it for 4 days and fix problem and re-deliver truck to my home. But forget to send me back the 2 fobs i sent with truck. After 3 phone calls and a week later i get my 2nd key fob. Then 2 days later i get a call that they want me to smog the vehicle in order to get it registered. I explain why wasnt this done while the truck sat at Dealership for all the time before i purchased it , plus all the time they had during the wait time of Cashiers check clearing, And during the 4 days of overheating repair. Never offering to send someone to pickup truck and take it to a near by smog shop by my work so as not to inconvenience me. So in all im the one that did the ground work to get this vehicle sold. In final thought i now have to go back to the worst Dealership experience i had about 20 yrs ago and apologies, and tell them i have now found the worst Dealership. So many people their not doing their job! More

Service department was the absolute worst. But the moment I arrived, the manager, Collin, came up to me and said, “This is not a rental place. If it was, then we’d just give out cars.” Seriously? After all that planning? Fine, whatever. On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up m department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up my phone just like that after several times asked me questions and couldn’t find my account in the system, then I called back right away and a gentleman able to assist me. Thanks god I got her name in first place. She made company look bad with her unprofessional behavior in my opinion. I prefer to look other GMC dealership who can provide better and professional services because good services will always bring customer comeback again and again and again and importantly referral to others as well More
