Incredibly easy to work with! I originally sent an e-mail inquiry to SM Lincoln and Mike was the person who returned it with all questions answered. Not your typical salesperson/dealership - they act e-mail inquiry to SM Lincoln and Mike was the person who returned it with all questions answered. Not your typical salesperson/dealership - they actually return your phone calls and aren't snooty like their neighbors at SM BMW. Overal, a great buying experience. More
