They listened to my concerns and explained what was going to happen and estimate time on when or how long my wait would be. I even got a complimentary card for coffee. And I appreciate the mechanic as well in finding out what the issue was and being able to repair it so I feel safe in driving my vehicle on the road and back home to Arizona when I return. More

Just went into this location to discover that my safety recall appointment "was not booked in the system" despite having spent time on the phone w Just went into this location to discover that my safety recall appointment "was not booked in the system" despite having spent time on the phone with a service advisor setting it up weeks ago. There was no acknowledgement of the error made and that I had come in for no reason, the advisors presented as baffled. A new appointment was set up without need to ask for my vehicle and personal details so I don't believe that the services team were honest about the cause of this mishap. There evidently was a record of myself in their systems. More
