All the service technicians (Naomi, Shawn/Shavin and younger African American female), I can’t remember her name that assisted me from the time that I called on the phone to the point when I brought my younger African American female), I can’t remember her name that assisted me from the time that I called on the phone to the point when I brought my car in for service. They listened to my concerns and explained what was going to happen and estimate time on when or how long my wait would be. I even got a complimentary card for coffee. And I appreciate the mechanic as well in finding out what the issue was and being able to repair it so I feel safe in driving my vehicle on the road and back home to Arizona when I return. More
New Location / Operation scale down / Horrible Experience with Shawn Rose (arrogant and not service oriented at all) Been a client with them for 3 years servicing my two vehicles and dealing with Greg Sar with Shawn Rose (arrogant and not service oriented at all) Been a client with them for 3 years servicing my two vehicles and dealing with Greg Saray who has always been great. Two days ago, I came in to their new location and dealt with Shawn Rose who told me that since they scaled down operations, they needed two days to service my car that had the Engine Alarm on. Since I cannot leave my car for two days, I made an appointment for another day so it could be service then. When I showed up, I was told that they needed two days to service my car again! Unbelievable! I explained that this was not possible and this is why I had made an appointment to be told that I was wrong and was told that it would still take two days! I know that this was untrue as I would never have agreed to this since I need my car every day! Shawn Rose was arrogant, only insisted that I was wrong and offered no solution! Good thing that they scaled down as I will NEVER AGAIN go back to this Service Center and will bring my business elsewhere! More

My in car communication was not working with voice commands which definitely makes it much safer for the driver to speak on the phone or send text messages and Shawn the Service Advisor had the techni commands which definitely makes it much safer for the driver to speak on the phone or send text messages and Shawn the Service Advisor had the technician Jose who also has an Android phone fix it. Service is perfect. Facilities not. Cramped 20th century quarters.
