On January 23, 2024 ( driving home to Flagstaff from Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drov Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drove us and our dog to the La Quinta, got the part they needed from a Dodge dealer in Merced, and had it fixed by 1pm the next day! All employees were professional, super helpful, and very nice and friendly. We were so blessed and appreciative they didn’t sent us to Dodge or say they were too busy etc. Thank you Eddie and the mechanics at Santos Ford!!! More
