Another dealership that tells people that cars that are advertised, are still there and available. I called 3 times prior to driving an hour and 45 mins.. simply to make certain that a particular car was a advertised, are still there and available. I even asked to be put on hold while the person went to "touch" the vehicle, to make sure it was there. I explained that I was driving an hour and 45 mins. to them to test drive and intimately buy the vehicle if it was a nice as it seemed after checking history etc... 1/2 way through the drive there, called again to confirm.. "yes, it is here and available" I called when I was a block away, "yes, still available" "I have you in for your appointment" 3 mins later, I walked in the front door, stated that I was there to see a particular vehicle... 3 mins. later and with nobody else in the store.. I was asked if there was any other vehicle that I would be interested in? That vehicle was not there! I got up and walked out the door saying to myself that there are still xxxxxxxx that do this xxxx.. pieces of xxxx that have no xxxxen clue how to do business. To think that car dealers have changed from the 70's and 80's... nope, they are still there, doing the same xxxxed up business they did back then! It must travel through generations of losers. The brain damage from chewing on the windowsills, drugs, alcohol, in-breeding etc.. all runs deep. The problem with brain damage is, you don't know you have it, someone always has to tell you that you do have it, and when they do.. you don't understand that you have it! xxxxxxxxxx! More

I have called numerous times and even though the girl who answers is nice, nobody ever answers the phone. Nobody has called back. My paper plate is 20 days past expiration so now I have a 40k$ paperweight that I'm paying insurance on. IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. More

Instead of a proper diagnosis, I was told by my service advisor, Mark, that mud “isn’t covered under warranty” and I would have to pay $300 for an undercarriage cleaning before they would look further. This felt like an attempt to upsell unnecessary services rather than address the actual issue under my factory warranty. On top of that, Mark was extremely rude and even vaped in the work area while speaking to me — despite me telling him I am a lung cancer survivor. This was not only unprofessional, it was outright disrespectful. I ended up picking up my Jeep without service and will take my business elsewhere. Customers deserve honest diagnostics, basic respect, and a safe, professional environment. Unfortunately, this dealership failed on all counts. More

They had the nerve to add $3,000 in profit to my lease buyout thinking I wouldn't notice, on a quote for a car that neither I nor the salesman discussed, but felt the need to offer what they chose instead of what I wanted, and then failing to disclose that fact like I also wouldn't notice. Please save yourself thousands and go some place else, although I will say NO JEEP dealerships in Florida are worth your time, effort, or money. More

From start to finish, my experience was a catastrophic failure, and I'm warning anyone considering doing business with them: BUYER BEWARE. Let's start with the loan paperwork, which they managed to mangle so badly that it took FIVE DAYS for them to respond to my credit union. Five. Days. This alone should have been a red flag. Then, they took almost a full MONTH to pay off my trade-in, leaving me in a state of financial limbo and constant anxiety. The salesperson? A walking encyclopedia of misinformation. They confidently stated that the Jeep had features it did NOT have. Surprise, surprise. I will chalk that up as my fault for not double-checking—Lessons Learned. I will say that they did send me a check for $550 to cover one of the items they said was in it but was not, so good on them. Thank you. But the real kicker? They sold me a Jeep with extensive, HIDDEN corrosion. I'm talking about the kind of corrosion that required NINE DAYS at a body shop to rectify. Nine. Days. The Hood, 4 doors, and rear tailgate all needed sanding and repainting on a 2023 Jeep with 16k miles. The audacity to sell a vehicle in that condition is beyond comprehension, especially since it was all warranty work they could have done before listing the Jeep for sale. And good luck trying to get in touch with anyone. Dozens of calls to both sales and finance managers went unanswered. It's like they operate in a black hole of customer service. It was to the point that the woman who answered the phone said hi to me before I even said who it was. She had memorized my cell number. Desperate for resolution, I even had to file a complaint with the state of Florida. Yes, the STATE. That's how bad it was. Honestly, I wouldn't take a brand-new Jeep from them if they paid me. The stress, the lies, the sheer incompetence... it's not worth it. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that values its customers. Sarasota Jeep is a disgrace. More
