The Sunset Auto Group is a joke. I went in looking at a used car at there used lot. The salesman was nice and informative but when it came time to value my trade it went down hill. Lou Mallozzi was the use used car at there used lot. The salesman was nice and informative but when it came time to value my trade it went down hill. Lou Mallozzi was the used car manager that valued the trade and let me tell you this guy fit the typical mold for a used car salesman if you catch my drift. Sweet Lou valued my trade at several thousand less than the sister store five miles up the road. By the way they offered no price reduction on their vehicle. He claimed the fuel prices contributed to the lower value of my trade, my response was I visited your other lot just 6 days ago, fuel went up that much that quickly? That was rhetorical of course! I even supplied him with documentation of the offer from his other lot. He had nothing to say so I left and ended up buying a car in Orlando. Watch out for this place and this character, he is a beaut! More

Very worst experience at a New car dealership. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. They could care less about whether you buy a car from them or not. I wanted to trade-in my car never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. They could care less about whether you buy a car from them or not. I wanted to trade-in my car which is a low miles cream-puff and they did nothing but say bad things about it and how they couldn't give me more money for without raising the price of the car I wanted to buy??? What???? I will never return and will not have anything good to say about this dealership. More
