It is in our contract that they would replace it, and despite 3 MONTHS of arguing and scheduling and then them never showing up, they never bothered to fix it. Now, a year and a half later, I'm trying to cancel our extended wheel and tire warranty so I can trade it in (at a different dealer, I will never go back to this one, EVER.) and come to find out thru MOPAR, who I resorted to calling today after a month of the dealer blowing me off consistently and never emailing me the paperwork to cancel it, I DON'T HAVE THE WARRANTY I SIGNED AND PAID FOR. I purchased RAM 1500 as the trade in my car. I agreed all numbers with sales person and next asked for financing. Then he added some protections, insurances without my permission. At home I double checked the contract and he added option for more than $4k. When I came back to fix it they started to play the game with me. One of the worst of my experiences with car dealers. I highly do NOT recommend that dealer. More

It is March 13th, I still do not have a title for the vehicle or a bill of sale in case I get stopped by the police. I paid cash for the vehicle. I paid $1000 for delivery of the car if it was delivered in two days, it was 4 days. The delivery driver told me that he was on vacation until Monday so Jack knew the car was not going to be delivered in two days. Everything has been a lie and I am seeking legal action. More
