I just moved to Florida and was looking to buy a newer vehicle, so I was researching and saw all the great reviews this location had.. I bought a car and had put over half the money down and not even 3 da vehicle, so I was researching and saw all the great reviews this location had.. I bought a car and had put over half the money down and not even 3 days into having it I had found marijuana in multiple locations, and the sunroof wouldn’t work. I tried to contact my sales rep that I worked with and after multiple attempts and all the messages left with no response I tried calling the dealership multiple times with nothing but dead ends and run arounds, They finally got back to me saying that they won’t help me out with fixing the sunroof and tried saying they cleaned the entire car. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re looking for a reliable vehicle with reliable service. More

Like others, I wish I could give ZERO stars. To make a VERY long story short, the service department provided poor customer service and employees were rude. It's uncomfortable, as a customer, To make a VERY long story short, the service department provided poor customer service and employees were rude. It's uncomfortable, as a customer, to hear employees fighting amongst each other. Praise should be given to the sweet woman who greets you as you pull up. She's always great! Sarasota Toyota was not able to fix my problem and offered no solutions. I went to another local dealership and they were able to fix the problem and also told me about other options I had with Toyota Care since my car was still under warranty. Sarasota Toyota didn't inform me about any of that. When this dealership was under different ownership I had no issues. Not sure what happened but if you're looking for a positive experience my recommendation is to go elsewhere. More

Sarasota Toyota is fantastic. My wife and I went to Sarasota Toyota is fantastic. My wife and I went to Sarasota Toyota to look at a new Tacoma. We were greeted by salesman Gary Russell. We told Sarasota Toyota is fantastic. My wife and I went to Sarasota Toyota to look at a new Tacoma. We were greeted by salesman Gary Russell. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few. Then we saw the 4Runner and we changed what we wanted. Gary showed us everything about the 4runner and we even went for a test drive. We built a 4runner with Gary and he was able to find us one with exactly what we wanted. Next when it came time to talk price and trade in value with Mike Persechino. Mike was professional and courteous. We got a good number for our trade and price on the new vehicle. My wife and I were very happy. We waited 28 days for our new 4runner to arrive. Gary called us as soon as the truck pulled up with our 4runner. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, the truck was ready to go, we just needed to finish the paperwork and finance part. For the finance, we worked with Nicholas Crockett. He was amazing. Since my wife and I were co-signing he had all the documents set up. He put a pink X where my wife needed to sign and a blue one where I needed to sign. Nicholas explained all the packages thoroughly and the finance part went really fast. Gary, Mike and Nicholas were all excellent. They went above and beyond and made the whole experience fantastic. Thank you ! More
