I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Saratoga Honda. I traded in my 2024 Kia Telluride with approximately 20,000 miles for a Honda Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Honda Pilot with approximat Saratoga Honda. I traded in my 2024 Kia Telluride with approximately 20,000 miles for a Honda Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Honda Pilot with approximately 29,000 miles because I needed the seating configuration to accommodate my six children. My vehicle had no issues and was in perfect mechanical and physical condition. On the way home after purchasing the new vehicle, I noticed an engine ticking noise. The vehicle was brought back to get a multi point inspection and I was informed that the engine had catastrophic internal damage where all 6 cylinders had excessive scoring and required a complete engine replacement. While the dealership ultimately replaced the engine under warranty, what disappointed me most was how I was treated throughout the process. When I expressed concerns about purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that required a complete engine replacement immediately after delivery, I was repeatedly told that the dealership had no obligation to do anything beyond replacing the engine. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience, stress, and loss of confidence this situation caused. As a single mother, I rely on my vehicle every day. After initially being told the repair would take several weeks, I was contacted several days later and told I needed to pick up the vehicle immediately or risk being charged $80 per day for the loaner vehicle. I couldn’t just drop everything and run over there and pick it up and they wouldn’t give me time to try to figure that out. The lack of communication, empathy, and flexibility was frustrating and felt dismissive of my time, stress, loss of confidence, responsibilities and schedule. I was told that this was not an inconvenience for me at all and that it didn’t matter that they sold it to me that way, they were only obligated to replace the engine and that it wasn’t that big of a deal. Engine failure is a big deal. Just because the car turned on and drove doesn’t mean it was fine and that they didn’t have to make it right. This review is not about the warranty repair itself. The engine was replaced and I was given a loaner until it was finished. They are required to do this under the lemon law. It is about customer service. A dealership has the opportunity to make a difficult situation right, even when a repair is covered under warranty. They offered me NOTHING!!! Unfortunately, I left feeling like I was treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, especially when a customer purchases a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and experiences a pre existing major mechanical failure immediately after leaving the lot. The only reason they got one star is because at least one star is required. More

Keep we bought 2 months ago and they fixed it for free and gave us a brand new crv to barrow while they worked on our jeep. On our way to return the crv we were in a serious accident and totaling the crv and had some broken bones and torn ligaments and all they cared about was how we were doing! These people are not just excellent in all aspect of their service but lead with the kindness of their hearts and souls. I will NEVER go anywhere else and refer all my friends and family to them including our 11 children. Thank you, thank you, thank you ♥️🙏 More

Dave Minor is the best! !! He was super knowledgeable about the Honda products and went above and beyond to get me into the all new 2024 Honda Prologue! They are a no pressu !! Was pleased with my purchase of Honda Accord sport back in 2021. Fast-forward 2 yrs. Started to notice that paint was peeling in between my back window and roof. Reached out to Honda about it was sent to h in 2021. Fast-forward 2 yrs. Started to notice that paint was peeling in between my back window and roof. Reached out to Honda about it was sent to have it checked out to see if they could help with the problem and it was denied. It's getting worse so started to do research on it and from what I'm reading on forums and fb pages this is a problem with the pearl orchid white and another white color. I'm highly upset that I was sold a car that has this problem knowing that they knew of this problem. I wish Honda would've offered to pay something towards fixing it. I'm gonna have to come out my pocket to get it fixed. I will be bringing them to small claims court. This is ridiculous that American Honda aren't helping people with this problem. 😡😡😡😡 More
I am disgusted with the customer service of Honda as a whole. I have a 2018 pilot that has a bad torque converter. I have had issues since 2021 and was told sometimes these cars need to transmission fluid whole. I have a 2018 pilot that has a bad torque converter. I have had issues since 2021 and was told sometimes these cars need to transmission fluid to be flushed 3 times because they get sludge in there. I told them I have never heard of that before but they insisted. Fast forward to 2024 and there is recall on these torque converters. So I brought it back in when my transmission light kept coming on and stated transmission fluid was hot. They never reached out to tell me about issue with this model. My car is now in the shop for day 2 and they have no problem leaving a divorced mom of 2 kids who has no family in the area without a rental car or solution to me being without a car. I told them I would rent a car and they could reimburse me because the issue is that they have no loaners in shop. Both this dealership and main honda number will not reimburse me. They want to give me back my car until thursday to drive around with bad transmission because "it is safe for local traveling" until they can service it in 2 days. I do not think that asking for a loaner car while they work on my transmission is too much to ask. I will not buy another HONDA More
I worked with a great sales rep who knew all about the car I was interested in. He was very easy to work with and made the process of trading in my old Honda and buying the new one as smooth and stress fr car I was interested in.
