Outstanding service I found myself and my business associate breaking down but not totally broken down in remote Amish country. I had lost my power steering and I knew th I found myself and my business associate breaking down but not totally broken down in remote Amish country. I had lost my power steering and I knew that I had a fan belt issue. Knowing that Amish buggies do not require fan belts in order to operate properly I pretty much figured I was out of luck. I decided to drive it until it started to over heat and go from there. Fortunately I was able to drive a number of miles and then my battery light came on in my dashboard. I knew we were getting close to the possibility of spending the night at a bed and breakfast with Mr and Mrs Yoder or the Millers or the Abrahams, whoever!!! Then out of what seemed like an oasis to me we come upon Haasz AutoMall of Dalton Ohio . From that point forward I got a pleasant experience of what great service used to be like. From their general manager, to their used car Mgr , to Brent the service writer, and to Chris the mechanic. All helped me in their own way. Within 21/2 hours I was back on the road with a repaired balance pulley and a new belt. GREAT JOB TO ALL. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A FUN EXPERIENCE IN MANY WAYS. Oh and did I mention that Brent give me a loaner car to allow me to drive my associate 30 miles to retrieve his car and allow him to get on home? When I returned my vehicle was waiting for me. I never would have imagined that I would be driving a practically brand new car. Working with Karen through this whole process left me feeling amazed and so happy! But mostly I'm mad at myself about a two year old car with 45000 miles on it I should have get the price lowered but I didn't they shove the extended warranty down my throat that I really didn't want and I am canceling it they told me I had to have the car serviced with them I had a problem the first week I had it made an appointment took it back and they said they couldn't fix it I had to take it to a Hyundai dealer twice well I did not know that Hyundai's besides their 10-year hundred thousand mile powertrain warranty. Has a five-year 600000 Mile warranty bumper to bumper as long as you maintain your car I knew it would be easier to go to the dentist never going back there again More
