We told her our price range and she This was by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Karen put us in the exact vehicle we wanted. We told her our price range and she ment those expectations. She is not just a normal sales person, Karen cares about her customers and what they are being put into. We have 3 young children and most of the time you sit around at a dealership, we didn't have to do that. Karen let us take home the Vehicle for the weekend to make sure it would fit our family and then let us come back the next day for finalizing the paperwork. The total time spent there was 4 hours, that includes picking out the vehicle. Karen took the time and followed up with us after the sale was final. Mark did a wonderful job on our loan and got us a lower payment than expected. This is a great team to work with. I would purchase our next vehicle from Haasz. Thank you all for a great experience!
