Great Salesperson was very patient & would do business with him again. Did his best to put us in a vehicle we were happy with while staying in our budget. Not sure who to blame on the leasing company receiving the wrong mailing address that I had to contact & correct. myself to avoid a late payment. This matter should have been handled by the people in the office. Esp since I have been trying to get answers for the last 2 weeks on when we would be receiving our payment information and when we would be receiving our new plates. Dealership puts the blame on the leasing company for the hold up but I'm not sure it wasn't the fault of the office people. Now I'm just hoping to figure out something before our 30 day tags expire and I'm left without a vehicle to drive until my plates arrive. More

I went into Haasz-Dalton expecting the worst because of my credit and they were VERY supportive, friendly, and encouraging with me. Although I spent my entire day there, it was well worth it. This was by far an amazing experience! Buying my first vehicle, I was picky and not changing what I wanted-a jeep patriot. And from the moment I met him, I knew I was going to buy a car from him. He had mentioned other vehicles to consider that they had on the lot, but like I said I was stubborn. So he suggests they find one for me. They had my jeep In a timely manner and putting aside weather set backs, I had my jeep in a week! They even let me leave my trade in, a mustang, on the lot and gave me a 2012 avenger to drive!! I will never forget my experience with Haasz and especially Zach! He had my radio stations set and everything when I came to test drive it! An incredible dealership! Ive referred a few friends to go to Haasz, most of which have stopped over! My husband and I needed a new van for work. Haasz Automall had the van we were looking for and were able to get us financed. With our poor credit we thought getting financed was impossible. Everyone was very friendly at the dealership and when I came in contact with the dealership I explained how we were basically starting over and our credit was not great. Nathan explained it would be fine and that they would do everything to get us a vehicle. I can not lie and say I wasn't excited and found some hope for our one vehicle family. We drove some very nice cars and were told a price range and found a car we really wanted and then was proceeded to be told that we only could have a Chevrolet Cruz that was on their lot. It was not what we wanted at all! The size was not no where compatible for our family and we left extremely disappointed. But we got a call back from Karen, who is a wonderful person and will go out of her way to help with a smile, and explained that another gentleman was able to find the vehicle we wanted and was able to help us out. We went and picked up the car for the night to see if we liked it and I must say we loved the car as did our family. We went the following day and finalized paperwork and we are now the proud owners of a 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited. Thank you everyone for the hard work and helping us out.
