I was in the market for a pre-owned (2 to 3 years old) Ford Mustang, and periodically would check the web. Earlier this month I called on a vehicle advertised by Haasz Automall of Dalton Ohio. My first contact with the dealer was Tom Snyder who was very cordial on the phone; it was late on a Wednesday and he assured me (after checking with the other salesmen who were writing deals at the time) that noone was negotiating on the car and that certainly I could come by the next morning to check it out. When I arrived I was met by Tom who introduced me to Zachery Smith, one of their salespeople. Yes, he is young, but his demeanor could not be any better. He was extremely pleasant and courteous and very knowledgable about a make of car they do not customarily sell. The car was even better than what was described on the website. I was introduced to one of the owners, Bob Haasz Jr., who offered me a good deal on my trade. Mr. Haasz was also very nice; it's great to have contact with an actual "owner", much more personable than being just a number. They new the deal was contingent on my wife liking the car, and there was absolutley no pressure for me to make an immediate decision. I brought my wife back later that night; the car was parked inside and beautifully detailed by Phillip Rossiter. Needless to say she loved the car and a deposit was left. I could not pick up the car until the following week on my next day off. They kept the car indoors out of the wintry weather that whole time. Zack introduced me to the finance manager Bob Yoder who efficiently and pleasantly had me do all the necessary paperwork. Afterwards Zack nicely detailed all the workings of the car before I was on my way home. Thank you Haasz family for a great experience and certainly the first place shop for our next auto! More

I had done a lot of research on the jeep liberty before I decidedly rear wheel drive crossfire couldn't cut it in the snow. I searched autotrader for a few weeks looking for a great deal and that's exactly what I found when I came across a 2012 jeep liberty located at haasz auto mall. I called Wednesday about the vehicle and they were very helpful in getting everything in order for me because I was coming from Pittsburgh. I arrived right at 9:00am bright and early and Karen was very energetic and excited to start helping me right away. I drove the jeep and fell in love what a great experience it was to drive it. Karen then went to work for 6 hours with the finance team to get me a loan they were so dedicated and did an awesome job. Very accommodating and made me as comfortable as possible the whole time I was at the dealership. I'm from Pittsburgh and will gladly make the 2.5 hour drive fort next vehicle purchase!
