This place is terrible. They will lie to get you into the door and to think I gave them a second chance after selling me a car with a branded title in 2005. Then today 01/13/2021 I go into there dealership a door and to think I gave them a second chance after selling me a car with a branded title in 2005. Then today 01/13/2021 I go into there dealership after being contacted by them just to be screwed over. I am in a chapter 7 bankruptcy and the dealership knew this before I ever came in. They assured me that they could get me into a car no problem, that they worked with open chapter 7 all the time. I drive 30 minutes out of my way after work sit there waiting for them to finish processing my application just for them to tell me to come back in a few months once my bankruptcy is closed. Waist of time and gas, they will tell you anything to get you in the door and do the opposite of everything they promised. Dont waste your time or money with these jokesters. More

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience at this dealership today! From the first phone call with Julie, and follow up appointment and application it has been a fabulous experience. As a last resort after having been turned down by four major dealerships (Parkway Ford, Progressive Auto, Wally Armor Dodge, and Spitzer Chevrolet) over the last month and half because I had some credit issues due to a past divorce. I followed up on a Facebook tip and was contacted by Julia Busto who was very encouraging and authentic. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Rich Fernandez, (our sales specialist) who was extremely helpful, cordial, and very knowledgeable. He worked hard in (28 degree weather) to find the perfect truck. Then The 2 most incredible finance gentleman Thomas Roberts and Mark Lemon worked with us and the banks to get us a deal, and we drove home in a beautiful brand new 2021 Dodge Ram with 2 miles on it. I would recommend them to anybody especially somebody who has been turned down by other dealerships. More
