Haasz started by texting.. Despite it being 2020, I still feel that that is unprofessional. The texts begged me to believe in them getting me approved in a car today...this preceded The worst experience I co feel that that is unprofessional. The texts begged me to believe in them getting me approved in a car today...this preceded The worst experience I could even imagine. Going over a finance managers head to try to wheel and deal and sent someone home with a car in all the hopes of keeping as that is what the agreement said.. Nooo 24 hours later after further review you must return the car. Embarrassing and defeated to say the least.. More
