Mislead Twice I have purchased an automobile from haasz. I purchased my second automobile in December of 2018. I am very pleased with the purchase. I gave 3 stars because I was given only one key and was told by Ray Sanchez (salesman) that he would contact me when he located the other key. After a couple of months of not hearing from Mr Sanchez, I spoke with Zach Petroff who wasn't much help. Mr Petroff informed me that Sanchez said he told me that there was just one key. That is not true. Now I have to go to the expense of buying a spare key for about $150.00 or more! My complaint seems minor, but I hate being mislead. If not for being mislead I would have given a 5 star review. More

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. I've bought three cars from here, and in some years time my next purchase will be from here. I love this place. More

Waste of time I filled out an online app to find out where our credit stood. It directed me to Haasz Automall in Dalton, Ohio. I really wasn't interested in a Jeep. I filled out an online app to find out where our credit stood. It directed me to Haasz Automall in Dalton, Ohio. I really wasn't interested in a Jeep. But they did have several 2016-2017 cars that I thought might be possible to purchase. I am disabled and on limited income. I've had surgeries and lots of Dr bills. Our 09 PT Cruiser was in need of major maintenance. The sales rep was very courteous. After two hours they directed us to a 2018 Jeep Renegade 4wd fully loaded. This was not what we wanted. The bank insisted that a new vehicle was the only way to go. Then another two hours later, we were shown a sheet that for only $2000 down they would take our arms, legs, and kidneys as down payment, but not our PT. Nope !! We left and drove to a different brand dealership. We were able to purchase a 2019 vehicle that met our needs for more than $200 less than the Renegade. More
