Very bad experience My salesmen was Craig he was great and very patient with me looking at numerous cars. He was willing to wait on my decision and made sure it was every My salesmen was Craig he was great and very patient with me looking at numerous cars. He was willing to wait on my decision and made sure it was everything I wanted. However... I bought my car on a Saturday and was asked to come back the beginning of the week to sign papers. We made the Deal had payments all worked out. I returned to sign papers on this vehicle I have drove now for 5 days with them already having my trade in parked in the back. The Finance Manager Mr. Mark Lemon should not be working there. He said things to me down graded me and then slammed papers on his desk and talked to someone on the phone about me with me sitting at his desk. He told the guy he was talking to that I am a loser deal. He added things to my loan that I didn't request and then proceeded to tell me we have NO deal. This is against the law and had I recorded it guess what they would of had to pay for my vehicle. The attorney General Would of loved the recording. He was trying to make me buy a warranty that the vehicle already came with, And Stated the finance company will not finance if you don't purchase this warranty. ( which is against the law they can not make you purchase a warranty.) He also asked me why I didn't just go somewhere else to buy a car that they could refund me my down payment. I stood my ground and continued. to not let me push me down because I did like the vehicle.. Well he shouldn't of been so mad because it hasn't been a month yet and my SUV now has been in the shop for over a week. My stupidity to stay and purchase I should of took the attitude and went somewhere else. More

I can’t believe they were able to help!!! I ended up at Haasz working with Ray after what seemed like an impossible situation.
