Total bad game Bought a car- deposit- credit ran and approved- accepted the deal- Called insurance and placed it on car. All within hours. When asked to pick up car - they said “ sold it for a bett approved- accepted the deal- Called insurance and placed it on car. All within hours. When asked to pick up car - they said “ sold it for a better deal “ The worst possible experience and the poor sales guy who was helping was stunned- the general manager also named Chris was given the task to inform me. The owner whom I wanted to speak with- naturally could care less and won’t call anyone. So SOLD OUT with my credit being ran, deposit which was accepted along with my payments, notified my insurance company,now to unravel this cluster ____ and next . BEWARE this is a non reputable place with no concern about the customer- it’s about $$$ More

Buyers beware. Autos of Chicago was a horrible experience as a customer. I bought a 2019 MB GLE 43 amg from Luka and Farah. They lied and told me that the vehicle w Autos of Chicago was a horrible experience as a customer. I bought a 2019 MB GLE 43 amg from Luka and Farah. They lied and told me that the vehicle was ready for delivery. They assured me that the vehicle had been inspected. Once I took delivery. The vehicle did not have heat. and would not run longer than 6 blocks. And the key fobs were not working due to dead batteries. If the vehicle was properly inspected I don't think this would have occurred. I had to spend $1800 for two water pumps to fix everything. Also, the Car fax said the vehicle had not been in an accident. But a mechanic at Caliber Collision told me that the vehicle had been hit and painted. I called Luka, Farah, Luna and Adam and everyone is trying to give me the run around. Now all of a sudden no one is taking my phone calls. These people are professional liars. Do not buy from them unless you are right there and can take your vehicle to get inspected by your own mechanic. This has been the worst car buying experience I've had and I'm 56 years old. Autos of Chicago I don't know how you have an A for customer service. You guys are horrible and your dealership should be closed. Next I guess I'll have to Lawyer up. You guys WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THE WAY YOU TREATED ME. LIKE I TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE. I WILL NOT GO AWAY. YOU guys will continue to hear from me until somebody gets back with me. Shady scammers, stay away. Only idiots would do business with them. Drive three hours for a vehicle. I told them that. Then at the end mentioned that someone was willing to pay full price, $900 protection plan, and the car has been on the lot only 14 days so they won’t sell me it at the negotiated price. So they were going to sell me a car someone put a deposit on already? Is that legal? Or just lying? Either way shady.. wasted 8 hours of my life on these dirtballs More
