3 solutions offered, 380$ later, and problem still occurs and the tech forgot to plug back in my turn signal and caution flasher lights. Called an employee for help and the manager of the service department on 2 separate days and didnt receive a return phone call.

I have worked with Fladeboe for some years, since Saturn closed, but some of the customer service employees working at Fldeboe are & were Saturn employees. It's always nice to be greated and/or remembered by a friendly face you've worked with in the past. I found recommendations to be honestly recommended, or not recommended, and reasons to back up recommendations. No pressure. Never had to take the car back. Prices reasonable. Discounts searched and applied to help on your service. Car driving service was welcomed - to & from work - always in communication and on time. This was my first time to use. Usually I wait service. Just had 100,000 mile check up done. Customer service has timing down to a science! Kathy

Another great visit to have my car serviced for its 75000 mile checkup. I thought I had a problem with a hub bearing and this was confirmed. It was taken care of in a timely manner and an affordable price. I can always trust the information I receive from the employees who are always courteous and friendly. The waiting area is people friendly, clean, and comfortable. I like that there is a room for children, although I had a delightful time with a mom and her two young children. Each time I bring my car in to be serviced I am always satisfied. The employees are friendly and greet me whether they have anything to do with me being there. I know I will be given sound advice if my car needs something done. The waiting time is never too long and the waiting area pleasant. I can always get an appointment when I call.
