I have worked with Fladeboe for some years, since Saturn closed, but some of the customer service employees working at Fldeboe are & were Saturn employees. It's always nice to be greated and/or remembered closed, but some of the customer service employees working at Fldeboe are & were Saturn employees. I found recommendations to be honestly recommended, or not recommended, and reasons to back up recommendations. No pressure. Never had to take the car back. Prices reasonable. Discounts searched and applied to help on your service. Car driving service was welcomed - to & from work - always in communication and on time. This was my first time to use. Usually I wait service. Just had 100,000 mile check up done. Customer service has timing down to a science! Kathy More

The waiting area is people friendly, clean, and comfortable. I like that there is a room for children, although I had a delightful time with a mom and her two young children.
