Went to dealer on 11-15-22 with appointment at 1045. Was told it would take about 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later was told car not ready. I ask how much longer the technician told me another hour to Was told it would take about 2 hours. I came back 3 hours later was told car not ready. I ask how much longer the technician told me another hour to hour and half. I said this was xxxxxxxx because i had app. Was told i could take my car without service and go home. This review will not be shown because it is negative . By the way this is mt second trip to Suers and it will be my last. Very rude tec and customer service. More
