Savage 61 Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Won't Leave Me Alone! I was a former service customer of Savage 61 and moved away to a different county in PA. At least once a month I would receive mailers for 'trade in I was a former service customer of Savage 61 and moved away to a different county in PA. At least once a month I would receive mailers for 'trade in your car for a lower payment' or '$500 trade-in extra' etc. I called them up MULTIPLE times and requested to be removed from their mailing list since I now live over an hour away. I was told each time, I'm guessing I'm up to 5 now, that I have been removed from their mailing list. What a load of crap! Just got something in the mail a few days ago from them and this is the final straw. I will never go there again and will never recommend Savage 61 to anybody. This is borderline harassment and if this keeps up, I'll see what an attorney says! All Savage 61 had to do was take me off a mailing list...but in the end they lost a potential future customer and hopefully a few more! More

It was time to trade it in, I was nervous because I love this vehicle, except in the winter. So I went in and was introduced to Luis, who right away was professional and took my basic info to get things started. I told him I was interested in a truck and he took me for a test drive.
