Factory Recall-These guys were the only ones to help! We have been told by numerous dealerships to "call every week and maybe we can get you in". Our car had a factory recall for the key fob and starter. We have been told by numerous dealerships to "call every week and maybe we can get you in". Our car had a factory recall for the key fob and starter. It was starting to break down and leave my wife and daughters stranded. Brian Krantz in service was honestly...awesome. He helped me, listened to my "plight" and helped me out. He went above and beyond what was required and answered questions and helped us out. There was also a gentlemen in parts, whose name I didn't get, that was fantastic as well by making sure he would have the part for us. This experience has made our family switch from our previous "dealer" and we will 100% come back. Specifically because of Brian, the staff, and the guy in parts whose name I didn't get! Unprofessional environment I went in to get service done on my vehicle the writer at the service desk Lenny was pleasant and helped me out right away, however, as I'm sitting in I went in to get service done on my vehicle the writer at the service desk Lenny was pleasant and helped me out right away, however, as I'm sitting in the waiting area I hear nothing but loud laughter and carrying on from the express desk. I saw the express writer and some techs just hanging out, talking, and acting as if they were anywhere else but work. It didn't seem like a professional environment it looked more like a hangout spot, and it looks like they do not take what they do serious. I don't feel comfortable taking my vehicle nor do I feel comfortable referring anyone else after seeing techs just hang out with writers being obnoxious and getting nothing done for hours on end (as I was there for about an hour and they were already there doing nothing since before I had arrived and stayed there until my vehicle finished getting serviced). I will not be returning for service for all I know they are as careless in the shop as they are in the lobby. More

Kevin is the best!!! My husband and I went there looking for specific vehicles. I was looking for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica limited and my husband wanted a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie. He took us to the exact vehicles and knew everything they were equipped with as well. He was able to answer all of our questions. He wasn't pushing us to buy them or make a decision. He gave us all the time we wanted to check them out and discuss everything. The paperwork was also painless. We didn't lose any time waiting around for someone to be available to finish the sale. Christopher Fox (Finance Manager) had all the paperwork ready for us very quickly and we were on our way home in no time with new vehicles. I highly recommend Kevin!!! I know where we will be going in 3 years when we trade these vehicles in! More

My wife found the vehicle she was looking for (Pacifica limited) and then so did I (Ram 1500 Laramie). All services at the dealership were handled professionally and friendly. Kevin is very knowledgable to the vehicles and options and gave us his full attention throughout our interactions there, which took two days because of multiple trade ins and purchases, no fault of Kevin's or the dealership. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our new vehicles and couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely recommend Kevin to any friends or family in the market for a new vehicle. More
