The service department at Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph is second to none. The service manager when out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. When he found a part that was not fitting correctly, he immediately ordered the replacement so the work could be completed right the first time. My service advisor was very informative along the way and she responded very quickly to email requests for updates despite being extremely busy. I trust Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph for all of my service needs, they treat you like family and that is very important to me. More
Overall average service. Didn't try to charge a ridiculous amount in fees when I bought the car. I bought a CPO enclave which had some service done prior to sale but they didn't change the engine air filter or cabin air filter. I'm pretty disappointed the cabin air filter and engine filter were not replaced when the CPO inspection was done prior to sale. I've only driven the vehicle a few thousand miles since buying it a few months ago. If the filters were border line passing when it was inspected then they should've been replaced, not sold to me at my first CPO service. I looked at the filters myself and they are definitely due to be changed, but they would not have gotten that way in 5000 miles. They should've been changed as part of the CPO inspection. Maybe they didn't quite pass their standards for being changed at that time, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
Don’t use them for service. I brought my vehicle there and they had it for 1 and a half hours. Charged me almost $570 for labor. I questioned it and was told they use flat rate for labor, not based on time. Thats $370 per hour just for labor. Then was told multiple techs worked on my vehicle. Then was told “kids right out of school” help with servicing vehicles. I feel since most drop there car and don’t wait, they have idea how much they are getting ripped off. Don’t service your car here. More

I paid $1,828 for my transmission to be fixed. A few months later I was told I needed a new one at the price of $4,193. I have been unemployed for 6 months and was not able to pay for that nor was the car acting up after I left there. I drove the car for another month or so before the trans went. When I brought it back, they tried to tell me they were giving me a $3k break by offering me a new transmission at $10,500!!!! Customer service was the ultimate waste of time and the price went up every time I spoke with them. I am beyond disappointed with GMC, the lack of communication and the way I have been treated and ripped off. I will never by GMC again nor will I go to any of the dealerships. The other one in this area isn't any better! More

I was told by Amy this was covered and there would be no charge. The tailgate dampener was ordered and I was contacted that the part was received last week and installed today. They are my go to service and sales dealership. More

You ALWAYS replace BOTH wheel bearings on the same axle. Went back - sound still there. They replaced 2nd wheel bearing. sound still there. Technicians didnt bother to find why there was a loud sound. A loud roaring noise- maybe the rear differential?????? Technicians also said tires need to be rotated- I HAD BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON LAST WEEK!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! More
