If I could give no stars, that would be too much I have owned GMC trucks for quite a long time. I currently own a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali and a 2015 3500HD Denali. My wife took the Yukon in to get an I have owned GMC trucks for quite a long time. I currently own a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali and a 2015 3500HD Denali. My wife took the Yukon in to get an oil change. They conducted the oil change then proceeded to come out with a quote to replace front brake pads and rotors and the oil cooler line. Both very simplistic procedures with inexpensive parts. They quoted almost $1500!!!! I immediately told her to get out and run away very fast. A quick search online results in parts (AC DELCO) for about $250. I can do both jobs in a couple hours out of my garage. This is ridiculous. I really want to go in and give them a piece of my mind, but it would be a waste of time. Instead, I will put this here in an effort to prevent someone from going in and getting totally taken. More
DISHONEST, RUDE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD I brought my car here for SERVICE they SCRATCHED my car and BROKE THE DRIVER DOOR PANEL, when i asked them about it i spoke with "Bill" which has th I brought my car here for SERVICE they SCRATCHED my car and BROKE THE DRIVER DOOR PANEL, when i asked them about it i spoke with "Bill" which has the worst attitude and the worst customer service skills, he said they were not gonna be responsible so i spoke with "Vincent" which i assume is the service manager and he said they are not gonna be responsible for it (even tho this all happens while they had my car). I had to file a police report so there is record of this. Is unbelievable that they can just get away with something like that, it makes me feel DISGUSTED about people like them. VERY DISHONEST & RUDE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! More
If you value your life...avoid this service center Took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and some other items. Dealer provides loaner upon scheduling appointment without me asking for one. I specifically asked if there was a charge for the loaner...they told me "no. It's no charge". Get there. Drop off vehicle..leave with loaner... all is good. Go pick up my car...and I'm charged $40 for the loaner. 2 days later open my passenger door and there is a piece of my dash just hanging off my car. Drive back to dealership, they fix it. Drive my car on a highway few days later, car is shaking like crazy. Drive back to dealership. They check my tires and tell me my tires are fine and balanced. Asked them if it's possible that the lug nuts were not put on tight enough when my tires were rotated...they tell me "no.... Not possible. They are either on or not on." They tell me all is fixed. Leave dealership. Car is still shaking while driving. My husband checks the tightness of the lug nuts ....every single tire...and every single bolt...he was able to hand tighten by at least a full turn or more. Not to mention the dealership lost 2 of my lug nuts...and tried to cover it up by placing a truck lug nut that does not even fit my wheel and leaving the other missing one off entirely. My tires could have come loose while driving...with my kids in the car! I am beyond frustrated with the service from this dealership! As a dealership that has mechanics certified and trained to work on the cars they sell....they are completely incompetent!!! I'm no mechanic but my dad was one and he taught me the basics of working on a car correctly. A mechanics job may not be all that glamorous...but the people's cars you work on are putting thier full trust in you to do the job right and to keep them safe!!! That's your job. Leaving things hanging, securing tires on loosely twice, and loosing lug nuts is unacceptable!!! I'm never going back! More

I had a minor issue with my car and I took it to Jim Salerno to have it serviced about a week ago. Lenny Satisky and staff were excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure the issue w Salerno to have it serviced about a week ago. I would highly recommend this dealership and service department when purchasing a car and/or having your vehicle serviced. More
This dealership is exceptional in customer service. I had an appointment on Sat. I called them on Friday to say i couldn't make it . Usually there is a very minimal wait time, and they offer a great coffee Machine, Bagels ( with Cream Cheese, or butter ) hot chocolate , a Lap top with internet is also available for use. And they offer a Large wall mounted Flat Screen TV. When I take my daughter there she does not want to leave. More
George is always very helpful and he was the salesman that sold us our car a few years ago. It's comforting to be able to always speak to your salesperson if you have any questions and concerns. These people have serviced my Pontiac for fours years since date of purchase and have always been most fair and accommodating. Service has been promt and done right the first time. Sales people, ie. George and associates, have always taken time to make my visit pleasant while I waited and have worked up numbers on trade in/new pruchase even when likelihood of sale at the time of visit was not great. Recent visit (Jan. 25) was an all around good experience. I would recommend these folks and would consider buying my next car here even though it is something of a trip to this dealer. More
