Scenic Chevrolet GMC

Was traveling through the area to Pennsylvania from my home in North Myrtle Beach SC and had a failure of the braking system on my 2020 GMC truck. I called into the dealership at 4:00 PM and spoke with M home in North Myrtle Beach SC and had a failure of the braking system on my 2020 GMC truck. I called into the dealership at 4:00 PM and spoke with Mark Vogler in the service department. He assisted me in getting the tow set up through GM Roadside Assistance. Due to the Covid issue he was not sure about the toe truck driver allowing me to ride and offered to send someone to pick me up. The driver agreed to allow me to ride with him. The issue with my vehicle was due i a recall from GM. I had to stay in town overnight for the repairs to be made. The following morning they sent someone to the hotel to pick me up. I needed a oil change and asked Mark if he could handle this and he said no problem. Unfortunately the plastic drain broke and they didn’t have one in stock. Not to be outdone they removed one from a New truck on the lot in order to get me going. These guys were professional and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Thanks to Mark and his team for making a bad situation go as smoothly as possible. More

He communicated efficiently as they were diagnosing the issue. Once we found the car was inoperable, Susie, Kenny, and Chris provided the most amazing, heart warming service we have ever had. With all rental places being closed and no loaners on the lot left, they put us in a family friendly SUV to get us on vacation. Not only that, once they were able to detail the problem during the week with our car, they did all the legwork on what it would cost in comparison to a brand new Tahoe. When it was evident, going with the new tahoe was the best option, Kenny and Chris showed why they are the best. They were focused on ensuring my family enjoyed the vacation we drove for while they did all the paperwork to get the deal done. Too top it all off, Kenny drove the car down to our vacation house which ended up being a 16 hour trip total. What an outstanding group of people.
