Restoring faith in car dealerships! Three years ago, I opted for my first Subaru; soon it became apparent, the car "deal" was not such a good deal. Therefore, I seeked out Schaller Suba Three years ago, I opted for my first Subaru; soon it became apparent, the car "deal" was not such a good deal. Therefore, I seeked out Schaller Subaru in hopes of finding a better atmosphere in which to do the business of my car needs with on target answers to my inquires and results! As you will learn, I found this the the assistance of Nick Hurley and Schaller staff. Schaller and staff, especially Nick Hurley was a vast improvement. Nick listened to my tale of woe and really came through with placing me in a new 2019 Subaru and restoring my faith in my new found friend and soon to be golf buddy and a found mutual friend! He told me things about both cars that I did not know (especially the 2016 - "bells and whistles" not known). Also, he had my best interest at heart with how to financially get me into the new 2019 car; as the buyout would not have been in my best interest. The other team members of Schaller were most impressive as well...Marc was very invested to see that I had all my questions answered and things were going as needed. Both Lisa's were pivotal in getting everything done in a timely and efficient manner. Meeting Nadine was "a little expensive", but well worth the experience for my "peace of mind" item. Also, got to see her son's picture and swapped a couple of stories about my grandchildren and great grandchildren. To sum up my experience, I asked Nick for a couple of his business cards so I can hand them out to other of my friends and neighbors. (I would not have done this prior to this experience.) Nick had my best interest at heart and assisted me beyond my expectations to get all the features I wanted and needed for me to be completely comfortable traveling alone along the eastern seaboard to visit family members. It was a true experience I had not anticipated. It is one thing for someone to tell you something; however, to come through with making that "something" into a great deal for me, a friend, and now a restored faith in a new friend and a dealership that I can recommend with passion! More

Ford guy buys a Subaru Ascent! I never thought I would buy a Subaru as my car. My wife has owned two WRX's 2004 and 2018 and when I can get the keys have enjoyed her sports car! Preferring a larger daily driver made Subaru a non option for me till the 2019 Ascent. I compared the cost, options and size with Ford Explorer and Expedition. I called their amazing web team member Mr Paul Pellegrini about arranging a test drive the Ascents Schaller had in stock. During the test drive i was impressed with comfort, tech package, handling and styling along with a knowledgeable sales team member Dan Walker. I bought the touring Ascent I test drove that day. I Found out latter the demand has been high for the Ascent and they had a demo and the one I test drove and bought. Have taken the new care on some road trips north and it has been a fantastic experience. The ride, comfort, storage along with amenities have reinforced what a great car Subaru has made and its built in Indiana, USA. More
