Our sales person, Christina Mitchell, spent a great deal of time with us to be sure we understood the features for the CPO Forester we bought. She sincerely wanted us to be happy with our choice. She really was a pleasure to work with. Lisa Samenfink reviewed the paperwork with us and processed it quickly. We also interacted briefly with Marc Fandozzi, who was also a pleasure to work with. We were impressed that the employees were not pushy. They presented the options and then left us alone to discuss them.
