Especially when considering my saleswoman, Christina Mitchell. She was outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. Going into a car dealership can be a pretty stressful experience as it most commonly feels like predators pouncing on their prey and you are the prey. This was not the case with working with Christina. I never felt pressured. She was approachable, friendly, helpful, professional, and don’t even get me started on her personality and sense of humor. I really enjoyed my time working with her. Not to mention, she did assist me with buying the car I am absolutely in love with, sooooo you can say I’m pretty happy with her. Other than the amazing assistance I had from Christina, I was also happy with all the other services I received and the other employees I had a chance to meet. Unfortunately, I can not remember his name, but the man who spoke to me when talking prices was very kind as well. Seemed as though all he wanted to do was help me get what I wanted. Between lowering sales price, giving me more for my trade in, or doing whatever possible to help lower my estimated monthly payment, he was willing to work with me and did a lot of whatever I requested. The detailing employees also did a great job on the car. One even personally came out to the car while I was there to remove a mark on the seat right in front of my eyes prior to me making a decision. The detail of the inside and out of the car turned out great. The Allstate agent Kevin was also very friendly and wanted to make sure I understood everything. Kevin Savage, from the business office, who does all the paperwork with you and seals the deal, was also over the top amazing! Answered all my questions and lead me in the right direction with all my decision. Everyone was so easy to talk to. It was a fun and welcoming experience overall. I couldn’t be any happier. The buying process was also super quick and easy. I had come in Thursday looked at the car, test drove, and talked about prices. Then decided to return on Monday to buy. By the time Monday evening came around I was driving out of the parking lot with my new car and a huge smile on my face. YAY! Thank you to everyone at Schaller Subaru. I am one very happy customer.
