Truly a 5 star experience! I bought a brand new Subaru last year at a dealership that I won't mention. I needed an oil change and was told the best they could do was three weeks I bought a brand new Subaru last year at a dealership that I won't mention. I needed an oil change and was told the best they could do was three weeks out. I called Schaller on Friday and was told I could bring my car in on Monday. I was astounded. They would shuttle me to work and then pick me back up when my car was finished besides. Again, I was amazed. I work a fair distance away but that was not a problem for them. And it only gets better. Zeth was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was so great to work with. And then John comes along. I had a single question and he ended up showing me 100 times more than my dealership ever showed me. There was so much about my car that they never took the time to explain. But John did. And then more. And then more...and I didn't even buy my car there. Sure wish I did. John was also very courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and just awesome to work with. I feel like I have a new car all over again thanks to him. You have an absolute gem in that man! Your entire dealership is great and I would recommend Schaller highly to anyone wishing to purchase a Subaru. More

Amazing first-time Subaru experience! I will say that Nadine was the best dealer I've dealt with before - and I've owned over 10 cars. She was so friendly, easy to talk to and informative I will say that Nadine was the best dealer I've dealt with before - and I've owned over 10 cars. Although this is my first Subie, I can pretty confidently say I won't be taking business anywhere else in the foreseeable future... Extremely happy and excited with my new WRX!!! More

An Easy and Simple Car Purchase Experience I came to Schaller Subaru to buy a 2019 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium Model. As someone who had never bought a car before, the task certainly seemed da I came to Schaller Subaru to buy a 2019 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium Model. As someone who had never bought a car before, the task certainly seemed daunting to say the least. You always hear stories of how "deals" and other inconsequential add-ons are pushed on people to spike up the price for their new purchase. I was definitely wary of these practices and was worried about having to go through the painful process of extracting myself and my car from the dealership. However, I found my experience with buying a car to be quite different from my fears when I went to Schaller Subaru. My dealer representative, Nadine, sat down with me and went over everything about the car with me in detail. It really helped that I was buying a car similar to the one she owned, so she had significant knowledge about the car. Over the course of two trips to the dealership, I had easily figured out everything that needed to be finished with the car sale and that it had all the features I wanted and had exempted all the features that I didn't want. Overall, the process of buying the car was easy and informal, and I was able to let Nadine know what I wanted and didn't want and she made it work for me. I am extremely happy with this process and I do recommend Schaller Subaru as a dealership and recommend Nadine as an informative and kind dealer representative. More

Bad experience We went looking at a used vehicle and worked with their GM at first Vince and then Mike C. was our sales person. Between him, Mike's manager and the G We went looking at a used vehicle and worked with their GM at first Vince and then Mike C. was our sales person. Between him, Mike's manager and the GM, there seemed to be confusion on cost, what they would fix. Would get different answers. They changed the price and what they would fix or wouldn't fix after I had paid for an inspection. If my wife and I knew ahead of time that they raised the price from what was offered, we would not have paid for an inspection. Why keep that hidden if the price they told me isn't actually what they want to sell it to me anymore. And why tell me they will fix the mechanic stuff if they didn't intend to. And then why tell me to inspect so they can see what my mechanic thinks it needs so they can fix. And then was told they would fix it and then told they would not. It felt like bait and switch. Disappointed in how it all went down and wouldn't recommend. More
