May 26th I stopped in for an oil change at the Bob Rohrman Lincoln dealership and the service writer Vincent suggested I have the tires rotated and at that time they would be able to see if there wer Rohrman Lincoln dealership and the service writer Vincent suggested I have the tires rotated and at that time they would be able to see if there were any issues we should be aware of which none were found. I had no issues with the service and was extremely impressed when my truck was brought up for pickup, the cleaning was outstanding, however my impressive state ended shortly after when the left front wheel fell off no more than a block from your service department near the intersection of National Pkwy and American Lane. This resulted in damage to the wheel, rotor, fender and I'm sure the suspension itself, there was also a gouge in the left front portion of the bumper from dragging the truck onto the rollback. More
