The Salesman at Bob Rohrman Billy Carion was very unprofessional and dishonest and the sales Manager Kenny Keelen was very rude and should be charged with deceptive practice he attempted to charge me unprofessional and dishonest and the sales Manager Kenny Keelen was very rude and should be charged with deceptive practice he attempted to charge me a made up bank fee for the entire down payment amount in addition to this he added on $2495 in unnecessary accessories. Dealerships such as this one should not be in business for being complete frauds. I really wonder how many hard working people young and old they have ripped off that are not aware of Bob Rohrman’s Deceptive practice. How do these people sleep at night stealing peoples hard-earned money how terrible . More

About 2 weeks ago they said will order the part and call you once we receive it. No one called yet. and i was going to pay about $900 but after checking with different dealer it turned the part is covered you once we receive it.
